Some stuff about Fairy Ballet, and two series I've never mentioned to you, and then some anonymous stuff.
Fairy Ballet
Finding some things to do about Fairy Ballet.
Characters
The first Cure is a girl who loves ballet but has never taken classes until she turned 13. She is friendly and sweet but also clumsy and guilt-ridden. Her theme color is pink. Her name may be Amai Nemoka (甘利 音萌香).
The second Cure is a girl who has been taking ballet for years. She is super serious, unless you put on a sad movie, then you got her crying. Her theme color is either green or purple. Her name may be Oocha Wakaba (大茶 和歌葉).
The third Cure is the sixth ranger. She is a girl who grew up with ballet her whole life, but never got to appreciate it. She lives her life carefree but considers her feelings over others'. Her theme color is yellow. Her name may be Hibino Yume (日比野 夢).
There is also a fairy queen named Titania.
The story is loosely based on A Midsummer Night's Dream.
There is one problem, though. The names are... kinda taken. Amai Nemoka to Amai Yui, my Delicious Party prediction Cure, Oocha Wakaba to Wakana Wakaba, a Cure that may or may not be in SuperClown Pretty Cure!, and Hibino Yume to Hibino Haruka, a writing alter ego I have. Also, I don't like the name Nemoka. Maybe when it gets more popular I'll reconsider it.
I'll deal with them later. For now, Zenkai Mankai's page is more important.
Okay so I found some names that think are gonna stick more with the characters so here they are:
- Hasumi Minori (蓮見 みのり) - A green Cure. Cheerful and nice, and the mom friend of the group. Too concerned for others' safety and doesn't take risks, even though she dreams of being a ballerina as well as a costume designer.
- Sakakibara Suzuka (榊原 すずか) - A blue Cure. A girl who used to compose classical music and was considered a prodigy, but wants to follow her real dream of dancing to that music.
- Mashiro Dia (真城 ダイヤ) - A white/purple Cure. Very quiet compared to the other two, and tries to convince the others that she has no passionate dreams, however, considering she was a gymnast, Minori and Suzuka suspect they know her dream already.
- Cure names are currently unknown.
Makeup Magic
Right now I only got a few ideas for Makeup Magic Pretty Cure!, and I'll tell them to you.
The plot is very similar to Mahou Tsukai, as it takes place in a magic school. It will also most likely have a duo.
The formation will either be two initial Cures and no sixth rangers, two initial Cures, and one sixth ranger, or three initial Cures and two sixth rangers.
I also got a basic cast, depending on which formation I do.
The first one is pink and blue/white. It features a perky, makeup-obsessed girl and a stoic, shy girl. The second is the same as the first, except a Cure Ace-like Cure is the sixth ranger. Her theme color would most likely be green. The third features the same trio, except the two additional sixth rangers would be a sporty, fashionable red Cure and an intelligent, mad scientist-like purple Cure. The pink girl is most definitely a muggle, the green one is most definitely a witch, the blue one, it depends, and the red and purple ones are also muggles.
The pink Cure's name is Gotokuji Kirika/Cure Arcana, while the blue Cure's name is Inukai Kasumi/Cure Spectre. Kirika likes fantasy games, who could've guessed, while Kasumi is a witch. The sixth ranger is possibly named Kazuya Oozora, making it the first time there's a boy Precure. Whoever the sixth ranger is is most likely going to be asexual.
Comic series
This specific series needs a deep dive. A comic book series based on public domain American superheroes.
Plot
This story is inspired by banban! Hero⚡Precure! by aceaeite, as well as AustinMcConnell's bargain bin cinematic universe.
It's about superheroes defeating supervillains and that's about it.
Characters
The only character so far slated to appear is Jenny Everywhere, aka The Shifter, created by the Barbelith online community. If turned into a Cure, her name would definitely be Cure Shifter. She is said to exist in every reality at once, and can also shift realities. Jimmy Wherever, Jenny's boyfriend, is most likely gonna appear as well.
Here are some characters that may or may not appear.
Moon Girl could also appear as Cure Moon? She is a princess that doesn't want to marry a prince so she was given a moonstone so she would be invincible. The problem is her civilian name is Clair Lune, and I already have a Non-Cure whose alter ego is Clair de Lune. Moon Girl's sidekick was the man who failed to get her hand in marriage, Prince Mengu. They teach in the same school. It is unlikely Mengu will be a Precure in this, however. Moon Girl. also has a kid sidekick named Starlet.
Another one is Marcia Reynolds, aka Futura, from Planet Comics. She is from the Titan city Earth, but she was abducted by Cymradian Brain-Lords, who tried to replace her and other peoples' bodies with theirs, but she lead a revolt against the Cymradians.
Spider Queen, aka Shannon Kane, was featured in the AustinMcConnell video. She was the wife of Harry Kane, a chemist who worked for the government, and Shannon was his partner. However, he was killed by "enemies of his country" and Shannon found spiderweb fluid during one of his research sessions. She turns into Spider Queen, maybe Cure Spider, and fights crime and enemies of the country.
I could add my own OC to the mix if I so chose. Momoka Hirose, or Zircon, or Cure Zircon, which one works. Momoka was an average university student majoring in archaeology. She wants to rebuild houses, but nobody believes in her. However, when she is struck by a zircon gemstone from the sky, she knocks out dead... or does she? When she wakes up in her hospital bed, she finds out she has super-intelligence and long-term memory, longer than the average human. And when she was able to leave the hospital, she finds out that she can fly! Using her super-intelligent clever thinking, she learns how to outsmart bad guys.
Jenny or Marcia would be a good leader of the team.
The Cymradians are probably gonna appear as villains even if Futura doesn't appear in the script.
Captain Battle looks cool, maybe I'll use him for something. Same for the Owl (by Dell).
Ace Harlem is a Black detective who is observant and skillful.
Conclusion for Comic series
My plan for this series is so that every character used in the story can appear in other stories with credit to the original company the character belonged to, Pretty Cure, and myself.
Since this is a combination of something copyrighted and a ton of things noncopyrighted and some of those said noncopyrighted things turning into half-copyright-half-public domain frankendolls, I'm not sure what the legalities of these are, so I'll have to be careful.
However, the two Cure series above this one, Fairy Ballet and Makeup Magic, can't be used without permission. I think.
Either that or I'll make this Mahou Shoujo story separate from Precure and make an entirely different Precure series instead. Precure or not, the theme is most likely going to be legacy.
Not sure if I have to put this in this specific blog but this is the first time I mentioned them so:
The character of Jenny Everywhere is available for use by anyone, with only one condition: This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Jenny Everywhere, that others might use this property as they wish. All rights reversed.
The character of Jimmy Wherever is available for use by anyone, with only one condition. This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Jimmy Wherever, in order that others may use this property as they wish. All rights reversed.
