Random Cure things

Some stuff about Fairy Ballet, and two series I've never mentioned to you, and then some anonymous stuff.

Fairy Ballet

Finding some things to do about Fairy Ballet.

Characters

The first Cure is a girl who loves ballet but has never taken classes until she turned 13. She is friendly and sweet but also clumsy and guilt-ridden. Her theme color is pink. Her name may be Amai Nemoka (甘利 音萌香).
The second Cure is a girl who has been taking ballet for years. She is super serious, unless you put on a sad movie, then you got her crying. Her theme color is either green or purple. Her name may be Oocha Wakaba (大茶 和歌葉).
The third Cure is the sixth ranger. She is a girl who grew up with ballet her whole life, but never got to appreciate it. She lives her life carefree but considers her feelings over others'. Her theme color is yellow. Her name may be Hibino Yume (日比野 夢).
There is also a fairy queen named Titania.

The story is loosely based on A Midsummer Night's Dream.

There is one problem, though. The names are... kinda taken. Amai Nemoka to Amai Yui, my Delicious Party prediction Cure, Oocha Wakaba to Wakana Wakaba, a Cure that may or may not be in SuperClown Pretty Cure!, and Hibino Yume to Hibino Haruka, a writing alter ego I have. Also, I don't like the name Nemoka. Maybe when it gets more popular I'll reconsider it.

I'll deal with them later. For now, Zenkai Mankai's page is more important.

Okay so I found some names that think are gonna stick more with the characters so here they are:
  • Hasumi Minori (蓮見 みのり) - A green Cure. Cheerful and nice, and the mom friend of the group. Too concerned for others' safety and doesn't take risks, even though she dreams of being a ballerina as well as a costume designer.
  • Sakakibara Suzuka (榊原 すずか) - A blue Cure. A girl who used to compose classical music and was considered a prodigy, but wants to follow her real dream of dancing to that music.
  • Mashiro Dia (真城 ダイヤ) - A white/purple Cure. Very quiet compared to the other two, and tries to convince the others that she has no passionate dreams, however, considering she was a gymnast, Minori and Suzuka suspect they know her dream already.
  • Cure names are currently unknown.

Makeup Magic

Right now I only got a few ideas for Makeup Magic Pretty Cure!, and I'll tell them to you.

The plot is very similar to Mahou Tsukai, as it takes place in a magic school. It will also most likely have a duo.
The formation will either be two initial Cures and no sixth rangers, two initial Cures, and one sixth ranger, or three initial Cures and two sixth rangers.

I also got a basic cast, depending on which formation I do.

The first one is pink and blue/white. It features a perky, makeup-obsessed girl and a stoic, shy girl. The second is the same as the first, except a Cure Ace-like Cure is the sixth ranger. Her theme color would most likely be green. The third features the same trio, except the two additional sixth rangers would be a sporty, fashionable red Cure and an intelligent, mad scientist-like purple Cure. The pink girl is most definitely a muggle, the green one is most definitely a witch, the blue one, it depends, and the red and purple ones are also muggles.

The pink Cure's name is Gotokuji Kirika/Cure Arcana, while the blue Cure's name is Inukai Kasumi/Cure Spectre. Kirika likes fantasy games, who could've guessed, while Kasumi is a witch. The sixth ranger is possibly named Kazuya Oozora, making it the first time there's a boy Precure. Whoever the sixth ranger is is most likely going to be asexual.

Comic series

This specific series needs a deep dive. A comic book series based on public domain American superheroes.

Plot

This story is inspired by banban! Hero⚡Precure! by aceaeite, as well as AustinMcConnell's bargain bin cinematic universe.
It's about superheroes defeating supervillains and that's about it.

Characters

The only character so far slated to appear is Jenny Everywhere, aka The Shifter, created by the Barbelith online community. If turned into a Cure, her name would definitely be Cure Shifter. She is said to exist in every reality at once, and can also shift realities. Jimmy Wherever, Jenny's boyfriend, is most likely gonna appear as well.

Here are some characters that may or may not appear.

Moon Girl could also appear as Cure Moon? She is a princess that doesn't want to marry a prince so she was given a moonstone so she would be invincible. The problem is her civilian name is Clair Lune, and I already have a Non-Cure whose alter ego is Clair de Lune. Moon Girl's sidekick was the man who failed to get her hand in marriage, Prince Mengu. They teach in the same school. It is unlikely Mengu will be a Precure in this, however. Moon Girl. also has a kid sidekick named Starlet.

Another one is Marcia Reynolds, aka Futura, from Planet Comics. She is from the Titan city Earth, but she was abducted by Cymradian Brain-Lords, who tried to replace her and other peoples' bodies with theirs, but she lead a revolt against the Cymradians.

Spider Queen, aka Shannon Kane, was featured in the AustinMcConnell video. She was the wife of Harry Kane, a chemist who worked for the government, and Shannon was his partner. However, he was killed by "enemies of his country" and Shannon found spiderweb fluid during one of his research sessions. She turns into Spider Queen, maybe Cure Spider, and fights crime and enemies of the country.

I could add my own OC to the mix if I so chose. Momoka Hirose, or Zircon, or Cure Zircon, which one works. Momoka was an average university student majoring in archaeology. She wants to rebuild houses, but nobody believes in her. However, when she is struck by a zircon gemstone from the sky, she knocks out dead... or does she? When she wakes up in her hospital bed, she finds out she has super-intelligence and long-term memory, longer than the average human. And when she was able to leave the hospital, she finds out that she can fly! Using her super-intelligent clever thinking, she learns how to outsmart bad guys.

Jenny or Marcia would be a good leader of the team.

The Cymradians are probably gonna appear as villains even if Futura doesn't appear in the script.

Captain Battle looks cool, maybe I'll use him for something. Same for the Owl (by Dell).

Ace Harlem is a Black detective who is observant and skillful.

Conclusion for Comic series

My plan for this series is so that every character used in the story can appear in other stories with credit to the original company the character belonged to, Pretty Cure, and myself.
Since this is a combination of something copyrighted and a ton of things noncopyrighted and some of those said noncopyrighted things turning into half-copyright-half-public domain frankendolls, I'm not sure what the legalities of these are, so I'll have to be careful.

However, the two Cure series above this one, Fairy Ballet and Makeup Magic, can't be used without permission. I think.

Either that or I'll make this Mahou Shoujo story separate from Precure and make an entirely different Precure series instead. Precure or not, the theme is most likely going to be legacy.

Not sure if I have to put this in this specific blog but this is the first time I mentioned them so:

The character of Jenny Everywhere is available for use by anyone, with only one condition: This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Jenny Everywhere, that others might use this property as they wish. All rights reversed.

The character of Jimmy Wherever is available for use by anyone, with only one condition. This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Jimmy Wherever, in order that others may use this property as they wish. All rights reversed.

Three things for you to know (DELICIOUS PARTY SPOILERS)

Thing #1 (Delicious Party)

The Delicious Party teaser stuff is out!

So this confirms the coloring book leak to be true (even though we already knew it to be confirmed because of a silhouette leak) and deconfirms the hints about the balloon, candle, and party popper. With this, we get our first look at the Cures, especially the blue one, who was not shown in the coloring book leak!

Also, the Precure names of Musubi Iromi, Kara Yuuragi, and Hanon Otobi are also deconfirmed, and you'll see why:

  • The first Cure is Yui Nagomi, or Cure Precious. I'm surprised I got my prediction right about there being a pink Cure named Yui (this page was made like 15 minutes before the official reveal). I'm also surprised they went with the name Cure Precious because one of my own Cures uses the name. She is straightforward and energetic, gets hungry easily, and thinks food is smiles. She loves vegetables. She is based on rice and her partner is Kome-Kome.
  • The second Cure is Kokone Fuwa, or Cure Spicy. I thought her name was Kokomi for some reason and got hyped up over nothing. But she's the Cure who wasn't in the leaks. She has a Cure Mermaid vibe but I think she's very obviously not Cure Mermaid. She is known as the flower of Takamine (their city?) for being a cool beauty who loves fashion. She likes being alone. She's my favorite and has a chance of being my kin. She is based on bread and her partner is Pam-Pam.
  • The third Cure is Ran Hanamichi, or Cure Yum-Yum. Name goals. She shares the same name as one of my purple Cures, Ran Utatane (ignore that it still says Yamaguchi). I'm a little scared of people vandalizing her page because of Hanamichi, though. She loves food, especially rice, and can't stop talking about it. She even has an account on "CureSta" dedicated to it (no idea why it's called CureSta). She is based on ramen and her partner is Mem-Mem.
Other characters include Rosemary, a humanoid from the CooKingdom who was sent to find the Cures, Gentle, a villain who is possibly the sixth ranger (please don't be purple please don't be purple), and Takumi Shinada, Yui's childhood friend and most definitely the white suit guy in the poster.

Am I mad that there is no duo or quintet this time around? Not as much as you think.
Am I mad that there is a generic formation of pink, blue, and yellow? Meh. Only four or five series have it as their initial formation.
Who is my favorite? Kokone. She's giving me Haruka Kiritani vibes for some reason.

Since I'm graduating soon, I hope I find time to watch this series.

Thing #2 (Arc-En-Ciel)

Arc-En-Ciel Pretty Cure! is a series I never talked about on this blog before. I wanted to make an art series one day but I didn't know how to do it. But I found a way. Take this generic art Precure series, and add Spirit: Riding Free and Frankenstein, and you got this series concept.

The plot is: Four girls are in an art club. They all love horses. A cow fairy comes in tells them they have to because cowboys are coming to make the world dull. So they turn into horse-themed Cures.

But who are these Cures? Well, let's see.
  • The main Cure is Aya Saotome (五月女 あや), or Cure Peinture, whose theme color is pink x rainbow. a calm and cool seventh-grader. She likes painting because it makes her relaxed. She only went horseback riding once and it is her most vivid memory. Her Cure form is based on a Friesan horse.
  • The second Cure is named Kotoko Seto (瀬戸 ことこ), or Cure Eclat. She is an Erika-type character. She's hyperactive and says things on a whim. People usually think she cries wolf. Her Cure form is based on an Arabian horse.
  • The third Cure is named Hiyori Onodera (小野寺 ひより), or Cure Prairie. She was born in Kansas and her parents are Japanese. They moved to Japan to live with their family again. Hiyori herself always thinks of crazy ideas and is quite an exaggerator. Her Cure form is based on a Palamino horse.
  • The fourth Cure is named Yotsuba Hagino (萩野 よつば), or Cure Fleur. She seems calm about everything, even when she's doing something crazy. The blue Cure says she's never heard her scream before. Her Cure form is based on an Appaloosa horse.
  • The sixth ranger is Murasaki Amahane (天羽 むあさき), or Cure Pegasus. She is a centaur girl who Aya drew with a magic pen. She's confused about everything, constantly analyzing things to find logic in them. Her Cure form is based on a Mustang horse and a pegasus.

Thing #3 (Pastel Café)

Pastel Café is the other Precure series I've never talked about on here. But now I got ideas for it.

Here's the plot: Three girls run a café in the seemingly perfect town of Yumegahara (夢ヶ原). Well, seemingly perfect until the girls find out why they're running the cafe in the first place.
  • The main Cure is Kokomi Yumemi (夢見 ここみ),  or Cure Latte. She is a shy girl that is very kind.
  • The second Cure is Mizuki Kureha (呉羽 みずき), or Cure Mocha. She is also shy, but she's mean about it.
    • I made her name when I forgot Mizuki Rokuman existed lmao
  • The third Cure is Arata Arashi (嵐 灼), or Cure Machiatto. She is athletic and funny, but has a girly side, too.
  • The fourth Cure is Subaru Nanahoshi (七星 すばる), or Cure Frappe. Surprisingly, I only have 5 red Cure sixth rangers, which is more than canon but their Cures have a 1:4 ratio within all the sixth rangers. I think mine is a 1:10 ratio.
I don't drink coffee, so the Cure names were given at random by what sounded right.

Lunar Pretty Cure name ideas

Lunar Pretty Cure!? That one Chinese New Year series? Yes, that one. It has some outdated names, so I have suggestions for them.

Also, some for Dragon's Book because 3 of the characters need new names and use the same method.

Rat Cure

The leader of Lunar Pretty Cure is the rat Cure. Her name is currently Nezumi Kokoa (鼠 ココア). Here are some ideas for her new name.

Surname

  • Soiri (鼠入) means "mouse enter".
  • Nezumitani (鼠谷) means "mouse valley".
  • Nezumiya (鼠家) means "mouse house".
All of them have 鼠 in it, meaning mouse or rat.

Given Name

  • Kokoa (心暖) means "heart is warm".
Kokoa is her original name. The other ones represent the traits of the rat.

Cure Name

The other Cures

The Cures that have their final names decided are:
  • Ushikawa Cho (丑川 蝶), the Ox Cure, Cure Ardor.
  • Umamachi Pony (馬町ポニー), the Horse Cure, Cure Love.
  • Serinuma Sara (芹沼 サラ), the Monkey Cure, Cure Verity.
  • Niwatori Yo (鶏 曜), the Chicken Cure, Cure Dawn.
  • Inudera Emiri (犬寺 エミリ) or Emily? Dog Cure, no Cure name yet but probably Cure Loyalty.

Dragon's Book

  • Ryuno Toru (竜野 とおる), the Dragon Cure, Cure Long.
  • Kamakiri Toshio (鎌切 壽雄), the Praying Mantis Cure, Cure Tang.
  • Kazama Yuzuru (風間 ゆずる), the Crane Cure, Cure He.
  • The Tiger, Monkey, and Snake Cures only have Cure names: Cure Hu, Cure Hou, and Cure She respectively.
  • Now that I think about it I think the Chinese Cure names should be temporary names because Cure Hoe is not gonna work.

Edit: September 27th, 2022

Oh, it's interesting to come back to this page after finding some names for the Cures.
The four names primarily discussed in this post have finally been revealed. They are:
  • Sarutaki Syun (猿瀧 しゅん)/Cure Monkey
  • Jatai Naru (蛇平 なる)/Cure Viper
  • Toramoto Mikuru (虎本 みくる)/Cure Tigress.
But I'm not done with names for this series. I will be changing the pronunciation of Toru's last name from Ryuno to Tatsuno, and I may possibly give her the birthname of Renge, as Kasuga Renge, from Beautiful Bloom Pretty Cure, may perhaps get a rename.

Also, the mascots/legendary Cures have no names yet, and two villains are to be made. But that will be discussed in another blog post.

As for Lunar Pretty Cure, I did think of new names for the first three Cures of the series, including the rat Cure:
  • Nezumi Kokoa (鼠 ココア) is now Soiri Tomi (鼠入 とみ), or Cure Vital.
  • Ushikawa Cho (丑川 蝶) is now Ushiwaka Kahori (牛若 かほり), or Cure Ardor. But that was always her Cure name.
  • Torayama Yuri (虎山 ゆり) is now Kitazume Torako (北爪 とらこ), or Cure Trust.

Rondo Precure ideas

First post of the year! Happy 2022 everybody!

Sappy stuff out of the way, here are some ideas that I have about Rondo Pretty Cure.

Worldbuilding

I imagine there are eight Cures, or rather, four Cures and four non-Cures. The four Cures are humans from planet Earth. Probably from different countries. The four non-Cures are from a world called Miraclia, a world of music. The human girls are probably from the same country.

Since you're most likely from planet Earth, and if you're not, you probably know what it is already, I'm not gonna explain the girls' world too much. All you gotta know is that two of them are from Japan and that's where the main story takes place.

Miraclia, however, is different. The dominant race of Miraclia is called the Miraclians, humanoid, robotic creatures who feed off of music. However, for decades they've been suffering from a decline in music. You see, they put a ton of music in a giant containment unit, thinking that the music will just stay there and never fade out. And guess what it did. It faded out, and the Miraclian race is going extinct. Since there's only so much music in the galaxies, hundreds of scouts and soldiers have been sent out to different planets to find music. Four of these being the non-Cures of the story.

Cures

  • Tsukinaga Akari/Cure Maestro
  • Obsessed with music to a high degree. Wants to be a conductor when she grows up.
  • Sakuma Shiho/Cure Staff
  • A convenience store clerk that goes with the flow. Took the job of being a Precure without considering the downsides.
  • An Jiwoo/Cure Opera
  • A famous popstar in the group CHEERS. Named after Kim Jiwoo from LOONA. Likes putting on a cute persona.
  • Caroline Satie/Cure Cadence
  • Caroline is a stubborn pianist from France who wants to become famous and successful. Her name is definitely gonna spar some mass editing, considering Princess Cadence and Caroline Wood.
  • Medley/Gardenia Fraise
  • A Miraclian who thinks she's got what it takes to save the world by herself. Unnaturally calm. Thinks Akari is dumb.
  • Debora/Golden Flight
  • A Miraclian who wants to be treated as a princess. Nobody does, except for Shiho, who is blinded by her beauty.
  • Soluna/Clair de Lune
  • A mature and diligent Miraclian who studies anthropology. Treats Jiwoo as a test subject.
  • Calliope/Shifting Octave
  • Seemingly mature, but she actually makes immature jokes all the time. A Miraclian who seems to make it her mission to piss Caroline off.
Some of the names make no sense because I'm extremely tired and I'm not supposed to be writing this lmao

If I had 10,000 dollars...

I would probably conduct a SynthV chorus where I made all the women sing whatever I want. And I would also buy music production material an...
