The Beabadoobee crashout interests me because it's one of the few times pop culture has held a mirror to my face saying "you act like this and it's wrong" and I actually get affected.

So "artists who can't sing vs. artists who can sing" is a meme of female artists singing labeled as "can't sing" compared to male artists who "can't sing IRL" but their voices are replaced with opera music, labeled as "can sing". Particularly Beabadoobee vs NBA Youngboy.

Beabadoobee said some different things about it, I feel like the biggest point is "the people who post these memes can't get dates" or something like that.

I'm not gonna comment on it besides what I said above and what I will say below about one of the responses:

"She fell for the ragebait!"

How is that ragebait?

Idk if she got the joke because I'm stupid enough to not even hear of the joke until her response came. But the meme is clearly preconceived in the notion of "NBA Youngboy can't sing, let's put some opera over his video and pretend he can." It's not meant for Beabadoobee to fall for. The "can't sing" part is sarcastic.

Is "they fell for the ragebait" slang now? Are people using "ragebait" for everything now?

If I had 10,000 dollars...

I would probably conduct a SynthV chorus where I made all the women sing whatever I want. And I would also buy music production material an...
