So much has happened since I last uploaded!

So much stuff has happened!

• I went to Missouri and went to various places.
• I also went to Oklahoma and Texas, because it was a road trip!
• I got a 2021 iPad Pro, but when setting up the password, I immediately forgot it. More on that when I fix it.
• And most of all... THE HIROGARU SKY PRECURE HAVE BEEN LEAKED!

Here's your warning.

Here are the main Cures and mascot of Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure! And as you can see... there's a lot going on. Let's discuss them by section.

Cure Sky

First off, the elephant in the room, the lead Cure is a blue Cure! This is so exciting! And before you say that it isn't a first for the lead Cure to not be pink, I don't think you understand how crazy that is for the lead Cure to be so... not pink. It's like her bows, her sleeves... that's about it!

That is to say... I'll have to get used to her design. Her dress is not my favorite. But maybe it's because her aesthetic doesn't appeal to me personally? Definitely makes it more angelic.

I'll get used to it.

Predictions for her civilian name include:

• Choco Employee: Sora Harewataru
• Upside-down text: Miharu Sora
• Me: Kazama Sora

We all predicted Sora for her, but it would be interesting if that, as well as the name Cure Sky, didn't end up as her name and she got the Cure Prism name instead (though that's unlikely).

Another possible name might be Sorano Tsubasa, a name from a Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure prediction made before the silhouettes were revealed. Sorano Tsubasa just brings out a... TV-Y7 girl's anime energy out of it.

Cure Prism

Second off is one of the other crazy things: a white Cure with pink hair! She definitely doesn't look how I expected her to look. Obviously because of the first reason, but she's also got an interesting design. She has heart side hairs and a heart ahoge? Cute! She reminds me a bit of Sylveon.

Her outfit is also unexpected. Many people expected her to have kimono sleeves and a butterfly motif, but she does not, however, the fourth girl may have the latter.

Predictions for her civilian name include:

• Choco Employee: Nijigaoka Mashiro
• Upside-down text: Sanryou Kagami
• Me: Amaha Nijika

The last one, is not my 100% prediction, because there's a character in a popular anime named Ichiji Nijika right now. She's from the moe anime Bocchi the Rock, and her name is quite unique, so I doubt Cure Prism's civilian name will actually be Nijika.

Another possibility is that she's based on a swan, in that case, her last name will probably be Shiratori. But, Cure Egret's last name isn't Shirasagi, it's Mishou, so who knows?

Orange

Here's two characters we didn't expect so early on: an orange-haired character and a blonde-haired character! The orange character has short hair, which is very rare in Precure. And the fact she has an inherently orange color scheme? The last three orange Cures were probably Cures Sunset, Sunny, and the unnamed orange Wonderful Net Cure!

This character seems to be based on a rooster? So she'll probably have sun powers.

We also know nothing about her besides her appearance, but we can speculate.

Here is my name prediction for her:

• Houou Tsubasa

• Cure Phoenix
• Cure Dusk
• Cure Vespera

Houou Tsubasa comes from the time I spelt an anime game character's name wrong. Her last name was Houen, not Houou, I confused her for Houou Karin. Cure Phoenix comes from the fact that "Houou" means phoenix.

Blonde

If Cure Prism is not my favorite, this blonde girl probably will be. She's got a diva vibe to her, and she's based on butterflies! It'd be interesting to see what they do for her.

Here are a few name predictions for her:

• Shinonome Mei
• Shinonome Mio
• Shinonome Akari
• Shinonome Koharu

• Cure Aurora
• Cure Dawn
• Cure Papillon

Shinonome means "dawn", as does aurora, and yes, I chose those names because of her similarities to Disney's Sleeping Beauty.

And I know if she and the orange Cure have a dusk and dawn theme, then the orange girl would probably be dawn, but who knows? Maybe they don't have that theme.

Princess Eru-chan

Cute.

I like mine better but she's cute.

I suspect her name might be spelled like either "Elle" or "El", but I like "Elle" more personally.

Who are those two new characters?

I have a few theories about the two new character we've never seen before, and who they could be.

• The most probable answer to all of this is that they are the sixth rangers of the season and join the other two Cures as part of the main team, or a B-team. It's inevitable.
• They may be people from Elle's world who guide the Cures.
• They may be regular human Cures who just happen to know how to take care of Elle from experience. Perhaps the two duos share her.
• They may be a rival team, like Lupinranger vs. Patranger, however, they would eventually join the group in the future, and nobody "wins" the rivalry.
• My immediate assumption, but the least likely, the orange girl might be Cure Prism, and the pink girl might be Cure Sky. They'd transform into them when the situation calls for it. Those forms would probably take up more "MP" than the "regular" ones, though.
• Another one that's probably unlikely, both the orange and blonde girl are Elle. Definitely unlikely since they have different faces from one another.
• Probably the most likely, they're Cures that came before the main ones, and they're more independent than the main ones. They, or at least the blonde girl, don't trust Cure Sky and Cure Prism at first, but then come along to appreciate them as friends.
