New series September

While I do have a leftover name from the Kirameki Magic timeline called Floret Pretty Cure, I will not be using that name for this new series. I think I'm gonna be calling it Zenkai! Mankai Pretty Cure (全開! 満開プリキュア) or something among that line. It means Full-Throttle! Fully Bloomed Pretty Cure.

I am still working on Candy Time, don't worry, but I'll have to delay it since it contains art, and when I draw I forget that I have any responsibilities besides time so I can't draw for it right now because of a time-consuming AP art piece.

However, that doesn't mean I won't stop writing.

Remember those Nora Matthew Barbie Balala knockoffs I mentioned in the last post? This is what I'm gonna do with them. The team will have eight members, with the Nora and Lindsay-inspired ones being the main two girls, possibly the initial duo. Out of the two, the Nora-inspired character will be the more main character.

But it won't just be a ripoff of a ripoff! I recently read LiveRevolt, which gives me major Love Live! 32 vibes (you don't have to know what that is), but was a victim of a franchise being canceled due to low funds.

So, spoilers for LiveRevolt, it's about these two girls going to a music school called Kanadegaoka. Each student is put into one of three types - singing, instruments, or technology - and have to make a duo group called a buddy group with another student, or else they will be expelled. While the first girl, Akane, wanted to pair up with her best friend Madoka, Madoka had a different dream, which was to face off her childhood friend in a battle, so she let herself be scouted by the top student Hinata Tokine. Akane has to learn how to get over it and accept her new buddy Kokomi Noda as part of Akane's dream group, Dubstar.

Did I mention time travel, mind control, and the "Groundhog Day effect" or whatever it's called? Those are also all there.

Yes, I'm gonna combine this series with the Balala knockoff.

Who knows if it's even gonna be a Pretty Cure series? I might call it Zenkai! Mankai! Fashionista for all I care.

Here's what I got for the series so far.

Nora/Akane knockoff

Her flower is the cherry blossom (ignore the flowers in the back idk what they are lol).

This character is basically like a regular protagonist. She's probably a lot like Akane, of course, however I think she's trying to have the vibe of more shoujo-like characters like Lucia Nanami, so I'll base her more off of 2000's shoujo anime protagonists.

Her first name might be Uta, like Uta Yumeno. Last name might be Otoi (音居), meaning "staying sound". Uta Otoi? Sounds like a VOCALOID reject.

Or maybe her first name is Satsuki (桜月), meaning "cherry blossom moon". Makes it masculine but the name's pretty imo and I don't wanna make her plus ultra feminine. Maybe her surname is Otonoha (音葉) meaning "sound leaf". Otonoha Satsuki? If not Otoi Satsuki?

If not Otonoha Satsuki, maybe Sakurazawa Uta (桜澤歌).

Lindsay/Kokomi knockoff

Her flower is the lily.

Her name might be Miyazoe Yurika (宮副百合歌), meaning shrine assistant lily song.

Or maybe her surname is Hono (穂野), meaning ear field, Takaho (高穂), meaning high ears, or Nagaho (永穂), meaning eternal ears. Hono Yurika, Takaho Yurika, Nagaho Yurika. Most likely going with the first one.

If not Yurika, maybe Yuriki (百合樹), meaning "lily tree".

Venus/Madoka knockoff

Her flower is the... I don't know.

Last name could be Amano (天野), meaning "heavenly field". I got the name from Ichigo Amano.

Other family names could be: Hanayama (花山), flower mountain, Hanatani (花溪), flower stream, or simply just Hana (花), a surname that four hundred people have in real life.

Some names could be Dalia (ダリア), Tsubaki (椿), Botan (牡丹),

Maybe Amano Dalia?

Nasthery/Hinata knockoff

Her flower is the rose.

She's basically the leader of the wolf pack. What wolf pack? The school probably.

Last name may be Beniya (紅矢), a surname that kind of sounds like Benibara, meaning "red arrow".  Alternatively, her first name may be Momiji (紅葉), which uses one of the same characters as Beniya, meaning "autumn leaves" or "maple".

Another last name could be Eigon (永言), meaning "eternal words". Also, it kinda looks like Egon and under 10 people have it. Eigon Momiji? Strange name, but apparently it's possible.

Estelle/Marin knockoff

Her flower is the iris or blue star.

Name might be Tomariguchi Yozora (泊口夜空), depending on if I use her in Precure or not. But at the same time it has nothing to do with stars, just with night?

If not Tomariguchi, her last name might be Myoujou (明星), meaning morning star, or Venus.

Maybe Myoujou Karin (明星伽凛)? Karin means "gifted entertainer". Might give the given name to her friend, I don't know.

Fiona/Chris knockoff

Her flower is the sunflower.

Her name might be Hosui Serika (宝水世理夏) or Hosui Celica, with Hosui meaning treasured water, and Serika meaning spherical world Summer. But I don't know, I just generated it in a Japanese name generator and I liked the name.

Since I found out she's the flower fairy, her last name could be Hana (花), literally just meaning "flower".

Her first name could be Koharuko (小春子), meaning "small spring child", or just Haruko. Hana Koharuko? Seems a little... silly. But if I make this a Cure series, Koharu and Hana would be taken so...

Nah, Hana Kazane (花風音) it is. I love this name.

Tethys/Rina knockoff

Her flower is the violet.

More introverted than the others.

Her surname might be Tsukiishi (月石), meaning "moon stone".

Maybe her real name is Ayumu (夢), meaning "dream" or "step".

So yeah, Tsukiishi Ayumu.

Olivia/Kana knockoff

Her flower is the jasmine.

Name might be Otonoha Rino (音葉理乃) if I don't give Otonoha to the first girl.

Since she's the dove fairy, I have a feeling I am gonna give her the last name and just give her a different surname.

Possible alt surname could be Sorano (空乃).
