Two new series ideas... again!

Two ideas have sparked into my mind for the new Pretty Cure series one shower ago.

A genie one and a royal one.

The first one I'll use has the temp name Genie Commission Pretty Cure!. It's what it says on the tin. A genie becomes a Pretty Cure for commissions. She doesn't know what she's doing half the time but things start to piece themselves together. The first series I made that has a solo Cure, or at least starts with one.

The main Cure has the temp name of Qadira, or Cure Isle. She is a pink Cure that kinda looks like the fairy from Myriad Colors.

The second uses the temp name Pretty Cure Troqer, or Pretty Cure Tradeoff in English. It's about a princess who wants to be herself, and a pauper who wants to be rich and royal. Technically, neither of them are leads, like Aine and Mio, but Cure Black and Cure Bloom are regularly seen without their white counterparts so if one had to be the leader, it's the princess.

The protagonist, the first leader, is a long-haired maiden turned bifauxnen with the temp name of Gabriel (or Gabrielle), whose Cure name might be Cure Majesty (she's royal and she looks like a dude now). Very similar to Utena Tenjo but hopefully not to a fault. Initially inconsiderate of her past life.

The deuteragonist, the second leader, is a himedere-type with the temp name of Simone, whose Cure name might be Cure Oyster (as in the world is your oyster). Very cheerful when in her comfort zone. Needs her space. Goes to wherever life takes her.

Gabriel and Simone might have the names Ui and Io.

Are these two series based on Wish Dragon and the Princess and the Pauper? Yes. Do I care? No.

Yeah! Pretty Cure 5

So August 8th was Dark Dream day, which made me think "dang the mirror Cures have more support than I thought" and there's only 14 of them (15 if you include Unlovely, 19 if you include the Spectral Pretty Cure I made)

Two years ago, I made a PreCure spinoff series called Yeah! Pretty Cure 5 (a spinoff since it actually doesn't follow the traditional format). It featured Dark Dream, Bad End March, Cure Marine Mirage, and two OCs, Spectral Fantasma and Shiori Kurobane. All five of them (minus Shiori) and their mascot Bully were reincarnated on Earth to make up for their crimes, so here they are, doing just that.

It was pretty inspired by Let's Mirage Pretty Cure and Pretty Cure 5 Reborn but to be honest, I didn't think it was obvious.

Other characters include a black void, a villain obsessed with 1, and Dark Lemonade.

But I think it would be cool if the dark Cures were all in a group together. The Dark 5, the Bad End, the Mirages, and the Spectral ones. Sorry Dark Pretty Cure likers and Cure Unlovely enjoyers.

Characters

Bad End Happy
Her human name is Hoshimi Mayumi, this and all other human names are fanmade
Probably still evil, like legit, she doesn't want to be good again. Well, it's true to her programming. ENTP.
From left to right: Blossom Mirage, Marine Mirage, Sunshine Mirage, Moonlight Mirage

Cure Blossom Mirage
Her human name is Tsukasa Hanamura
Unlike the others, the Mirage girls aren't clones, they are manifestations of their original fears anthropomorphized for a test of accepting one's self. So the Mirage ones are nicer than the others. Have nothing for Blossom Mirage yet. She may be ISFJ?

Dark Dream
Her human name is Hozumi Yumemi, but I am planning to change the first name
She's trying to distance herself from Cure Dream. or Nozomi Yumehara. A natural leader, and the leader of the main girls. ENTJ.

Spectral Starlight
Her human name is Sakura Hikawa
The Spectral Cures are my own dark Cures. Like the other Spectral girls, she believes she is still the real version of herself when in reality, is Cure Starlight's doppelganger. Angsty. INFJ.

Spectral Amina
Her human name is Coco Aida
Got nothing for Amina. Maybe she's snarky? ESTJ.
Dark Rouge
Human name is Rina Natsume
She just starts playing sports like the real Cure Rouge. INTJ.

Bad End Sunny
Human name is Hinata Akano
Anarchist. ENFP.

Spectral Fantasma
Her human name is Reina Yoshino, but while I do like the name, I did change the real Rei's name so I'll have to change her name to Reina Kamiya or something
Well, she's nice. And she serves coffee. ENFP.

Cure Sunshine Mirage
Human name is Itsumi Myojo
More masculine than the real Cure Sunshine because of the lie that feminity is weak. Dresses fancy. ISTJ.

Bad End Peace
Human name is Mayoi Kiseki
Troll-ish. Likes to play tricks on people. Conservative. ESFP.
Dark Lemonade
Her human name is Lala Kasuga
I'll need to actually watch the movie to get her character, I know Urara the least out of the 5. ENFJ.
Dark Mint
Her human name is Machiko Akimura
Kinda scary. But also a trivia master. Inconsiderate. ISFP.

Bad End March
Her human name is Midori Narano
Lone wolf. Always wants to pick a fight. ISTP.

Cure Marine Mirage
Her human name is Eri Ikari
Was jealous of her sister (or "sister") Momoka, but now likes to be herself. ENFP.

Dark Aqua
Human name is Renko Minami
Bad End March again? ITSJ.

Bad End Beauty
Her human name is Raika Aoi
I don't wanna be one of those guys that headcanons a character as discriminatory, but isn't that what she did in canon? Wasn't she like "it's survival of the fittest but it's based on your looks"? ISTJ.

Spectral Hexerei
Her human name is Io Shiromiya
Puts herself before others, her ego is inflating. INTJ. Just saying it right now. She's 100% an INTJ but worse (wait she could be an ISTJ though).

Cure Moonlight Mirage
Human name is Yuriko Tsukikawa
Fear of abandonment or something I think, scared of horror movies. INFJ.

Cure Raven
Human name is Shiori Kurobane
She's probably just some dark clone of a Cure named Cure Songbird or something I don't know. Created to be better than her original, but she isn't. ENTP.

  • The Dark 5 and Bad End Cures were made as opposites of their originals. So they're selfish at the beginning, as opposed to their counterparts' kindness. This is also why they fought solo. Out of the ten of them, only Dark Cure Dream fell for friendship. The Dark 5 girls were also apparently reincarnated in the theater-exclusive version.
  • The Spectral Cures weren't made on purpose, their creator was the real Cure Starlight, who made them out of ignorance. They believed that they were are the real Chojo Gensho Pretty Cure and the others were imposters who should be killed. It's an identity crisis and a half since they share the real one's DNA (or whatever).
  • The Mirage Cures are brain manifestations like I said. Anthrodhgfh

FoPC vandals

So one by one the members of FoHS are revealed to be vandals and I got a hitch with that.

Why are they all members of FoHS?  The only exception to this rule is the person who edits pages to be their Futari Wa series and I think one other person. Everyone else who has been blocked from the wiki in 2021 was affiliated with FoHS wiki and was specifically blocked for editing other pages with the same name as other names in a sense, and while they're blocked, I can't help but find the users who edited said pages like that suspicious.
Lily white BiBi has opened up a wiki similar to Wikia's SOAP called MFAV, which works exclusively in FoHS and FoPC. And I gotta say... IT HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. In fact, one of its members purposely vandalized FoPC while in the group, the group that Lily herself said weren't supposed to be legitimate members of, and only be composed of characters from the idol franchise Maika Fantasia.
I'm suspicious.

off topic but I didn't make any friends on the first day of school and I thought I was being creepy and I found out how to make friends the right way so I shouldn't make friends on the first day I should worry about schoolwork also I'm an extreme low-functioning autistic and it has to be shown to the whole world IF YOU READ THIS DO NOT INTERACT WITH ME

Ran Utatane

Ran

Introduction

Ran Utatane (歌手音 岬) is the second Cure of the Pretty Cure group Pretty Cure La La La! Her alter ego is Cure Caper and her theme color is purple.

Personality

Ran is the adopted daughter of Rin and Anna Utatane. She is a lively young lady who is always searching for new adventures. She spends a lot of time with her older sister Azuki and her colleagues. Ran is still on the lookout for new experiences, but her mind is an adventure in and of itself. Perhaps her strange behavior is a result of her new surroundings.

Ran used to be rivals with a girl named Youka in her first year. Ran was able to establish a relationship and be friends with Youka by the time they realized they had to save the planet.

As the series is based on music and flowers, she is represented by the guitar and the orchid.

Production

Ran was originally made in December 2015 as Miyuki, or Cure Harmony, along with Youka, whose name was Towa at the time. Her original name, Miyuki, was chosen specifically because Miyuki Hoshizora had the same name. It is possible that in Hoshizora's case, Miyuki means "happiness" (幸). I don't know what Ran originally looked like, I'll have to check my papers.

In October 2016, her name was changed to Ran Yamaguchi, meaning "mountain mouth orchid", and her Cure name changed to Cure Flute. The Cure was changed to Cure Caper in July 2019. Caper means "lively skip".

The change of Ran's surname from Yamaguchi to Utatane is recent. While not public yet, I have had this idea of changing her name since March 2021 or so. With this, she now shares her surname with Piko.

Trivia

  • Ran's full name means "music hand sound orchid".
  • Her rename could've been Ran Mitsurugi, but I found it too similar to Ran Mitake.
  • Ran could've been a white Cure, and bisexual.
  • Anna's maiden name is Yamaguchi, a reference to Ran's original surname.

Tsukiko Abe

The sixth-ever character bio. I don't plan to do these chronologically, I'm just about to move Tsukiko's old page to a new one.

Introduction

Tsukiko Abe (阿部 月子) is the lead Cure of the Pretty Cure group Pretty Cure La La La!. Her alter ego is Cure Harper and her theme color is pink.

Personality

Tsukiko is a gifted artist because she releases all her anxiety by playing her instruments. She is a talented harpist and painter, but despite this, it is common for her to doubt her abilities as an artist and as a Pretty Cure. However, she always tries to make something out of nothing, and when she makes mistakes, that just motivates her to keep trying. Besides playing the harp, she plays the lead guitar and main vocals for MELODY.

Tsukiko used to be rivals with a girl named Ran in her first year. The two had become friends by the time they realized they needed to save the world, and Tsukiko was able to make a name for herself by battling Princess Carnage.

As the series is based on music, her genre is classical music.

Connection to Kyokutopia

As a Pretty Cure, Tsukiko has an inherent connection to one of the princesses of Kyokutopia, who share the same name as them. Tsukiko Abe has Princess Tsukiko, the princess of the Ballet World. Like Tsukiko, she is graceful, elegant, and kind, and despite being a princess, never puts herself before others. Princess Tsukiko has the ability to sing to birds, which Tsukiko Abe learns she has as well.

Production

Tsukiko was originally made in December 2015 as Towa, or Cure Symphony, along with Ran, whose name was Miyuki at the time. Her original name was chosen specifically because Towa Akagi had the same name. Towa means "immortality" (トワ). I don't know what Youka originally looked like, but there is concept art out there, and it is stored away in a box.

In October 2016, her name was changed to Tsukiko Abe (阿部 月子), meaning "many peace, moon child", and her Cure name changed to Cure Harper (that just means harp player), a decision that has stuck for five years.

Circa 2021, while I was rebranding my Pretty Cure pages, I was considering renaming all four Cures to different names. Tsukiko would've gotten the only full name change, which was Youka Shirayuri (白百合 ようか), meaning "white lily, light flower". However, I was only able to change one Cure's name to their rebranded name before a rule was instated that you must ask an admin to move the page for you, because of vandals moving pages without the original editors' consent. I grew attached to the names of the Cures whose names I couldn't change and decided not to ask an admin to move the remaining pages. Thus, Youka has been renamed back to Tsukiko.

Trivia

  • Tsukiko's full name means "many peace, moon child".
  • Her rename could've been Kanon Shirayuri, but I found it too similar to Kanon Shibuya. The name "Kanon" was given instead to Kanon Otonashi.
  • Youka could've been a yellow Cure at one point.

Sappy sad story

All my problems could've been solved if I was an ENTJ. Even an ENTP would suffice.

Found out Sumire's an ENTJ 3w4 too (only based on the evidence we have) so add her

Venkman and Kyoko are ENTP and I think Mark is too but I forgot who else

Fandom marketing rebrand!

Fandom actually rebranded way more than last time! The last time it did an upgrade of its MediaWiki service called "UCP", then it did an aesthetic upgrade called "FandomDesktop" (which is almost complete btw), and now it's getting another aesthetic upgrade; a rebrand of its logo, slogan, and theme colors (the colors, in particular, differentiating heavily)!

Below are images of the new taskbar.

From left to right: Sidebar when you signed off, light sidebar, and dark sidebar (logged in only!)
The reason why there's a yellow one is that Fandom wants to be more noticed as a company when an unsigned user looks at a wiki page. It's also why it changed its color palette from green, blue, and white, to yellow, crimson, white, and dark purple. The log-off one is... iffy. It certainly works for its intended purpose, but it's weird-looking. It's especially weird-looking when in Oasis, so I'm glad it's getting removed next week.

The logo changed drastically, technically, but personally, changing the blue and white thing that barely looks like a heart to a burning heart is way more clear and I personally like it. It does look like a video game logo, like a fusion of the Undertale and Curse logos.

I think the warm colors represent Fandom way more, even if my favorite colors are cool colors.

My wiki by default (dark mode)

Light mode (yes I know the slideshow is trash)

I'm lucky my wiki doesn't look godawful, however the Fandom logo and the Rinko logo do fight for attention, especially in light mode.

Not gonna lie, it kind of feels like whiplash changing both the logo and colors so quickly. Most people knew about FandomDesktop but probably only a portion of them knew about the logo and color rebrand (and that portion might've just been FANDOM higher ups), and I get forcing the logo change onto us, it's for business, but it still feels weird getting something so significant without a warning.
